Strategic thinking beyond design
Basketball coach, at Kiefholz club, Berlin,
15 years of competitive basketball and my current role as a coach in Berlin have deeply shaped how I approach product strategy. Coaching a mixed-gender adult team demands structured planning, real-time decision-making, and translating strategy into coordinated action, skills I bring directly into product design.
We are competing in the EBL league in Berlin, April to July 2026.
Leadership journey since age 18
My leadership journey started at 18, ranking 23rd out of 300,000+ applicants in Iran's national university entrance exam. For 8 years I led a team of 20 teachers at one of Iran's premier institutes, guiding 100+ students annually across math, art history, and geometry. This experience built the foundation for how I lead cross-functional design work today, with structure, accountability, and people-first thinking.
